Happy with the outcome

I have recently been dealing with Michael Davis at Pilkington Shaw Solicitors for settlement of a claim from an accident I had when I was younger. I was a bit nervous about it but Mike was really clear and made sure I understood what was happening. It has been a long process, for various reasons but I am happy with the outcome. Clear and thorough

The service from Pilkington Shaw Solicitors was phenomenal, Clear and Thorough are two words that come to mind when describing how they dealt with my claim, they were able to give me the "right" advice awarding me benefits that I was unaware of and the work ethic of the staff there was second to none, great rapport building, which lead me to choose them over the many calls I had received from numerous firms regarding my claim, every time I called each member of staff was able to instantly update themselves regarding my claim and forward me to the relevant member of staff. I couldn't be more thankful for the work they put in to help me reap the right rewards for my claim, certainly a beacon of hope and action when it comes to legal advice.
