Choosing a solicitor is is a difficult task, so I took a shot in the dark with McGlennons based on the 2 previous positive reviews I read here and their physical proximity to my place of work. Luckily it turned out to be the right decision. I instructed McGlennons to assist with my purchase of a leasehold flat. They did everything as asked at the price quoted. By no means the cheapest conveyancer you could use (indeed, at the upper end of the quotes I received but definitely not the most expensive). Nonetheless they provided an excellent service, promptly replying to my questions and making the whole process as hassle free as possible.
