Used Nick at Streathers Clapham for a leasehold sale and a more complicated purchase which required a lease extension with share of freehold. Nick got me what I needed despite resistance from freeholders and vendors solicitor and pushed to receive full documentation of works the vendors had undertaken. All in all, happy with the service received.
